Refund and Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at SALT effect. We appreciate your business and the trust you place in us. Below is our return and refund policy, which applies to all products sold and shipped.

All of our products are unique and produced on demand through our trusted print-on-demand production partners. This means that your order is created specifically for you as soon as you place it. Our partners are responsible for the quality production and shipping of your order.

30-Day Return Window

Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, if 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

Conditions for Refund or Replacement of Physical Products

Since our products are uniquely produced upon order, we do not offer refunds or replacements for items if:

  • The wrong size or color was ordered.
  • You changed your mind about the product.

We offer refunds or replacements only in the following scenarios:

  • The item is defective or damaged.
  • The received product materially differs from the product ordered.

Requirements for a Valid Request

To initiate a refund or replacement, please email the following to support@salteffect.com

  • A receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Clear photo(s) showing the defect, damage, or discrepancy in the product received.

Do Not Return to Manufacturer

Please do not send the purchased item back to the manufacturer. Contact our support team directly at support@salteffect.com for instructions on how to proceed.

Replacement Process

If your item is defective or damaged, we will replace it at no additional cost to you. Contact our support team at support@salteffect.com with:

  • Your order number.
  • Clear photo(s) or video(s) as evidence of the issue.
  • A detailed description of the problem.

For issues affecting multiple products with the same design, please provide a photo or video with all affected items in a single frame. This helps us verify the issue and expedite the replacement process.

Refund Process

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Unsuccessful Deliveries

For packages returned to us due to unsuccessful delivery (e.g., due to incorrect address information or non-collection by the recipient), we will contact you for resolution. We may offer to resend the product at your expense or provide a refund excluding shipping costs.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be replaced or refunded. Sale items cannot be replaced or refunded.

Gifts

Gift items can be replaced if they meet our replacement criteria. We can only process replacements for items that are defective or damaged. If you received an item marked as a gift and it is defective or damaged, please contact our support team at support@salteffect.com with:

  • Your order number or gift receipt.
  • Clear photo(s) or video(s) as evidence of the issue.
  • A detailed description of the problem.

If approved, we will send a replacement at no cost to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Digital Products Not Eligible for Refund or Replacement

Please note that digital downloads are considered final sales and are not eligible for refunds. Due to the nature of digital products being immediately accessible upon purchase, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for these items.
