You will receive a link in the email with will take you to our personalization portal.

You will be able to DESIGN DIFFERENT DESIGNS FOR MULTIPLE QTY if needed.

ONCE WE RECEIVE YOUR PHOTO UPLOAD WE WILL REMOVE THE BACKGROUND AND CREATE THE PILLOW IN THE SHAPE OF THE FACE.

• Each one of our personalized products is made to order with your name, initial, message or monogram. This process usually takes between 5-7 business days of production and quality control time before it ships. (Please allow extra time during holidays and special events). We work hard to satisfy all of our customers and want to make sure your personalization comes out exactly the way you want it! A shipping notification with a tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped. Free Shipping only applies to all 50 states and Puerto Rico.

• First class Mail - 1-5 days delivery from the ship date.

• Priority Mail - 2-3 days delivery from the ship date.

• Express Mail - 1-2 days delivery from the ship date.

• If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not.

• We stand behind our products. Our return policy states that items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days on the buyers expense. The package must be in the same condition it was received. Please be advised, if the item is shipped back to us in unprotected envelopes it will most likely arrive damaged. In that case the buyer will not be refunded for his return/exchange. If the item is received damaged, regardless if it is the shipping carriers fault, we will issue a full refund to the buyer and ship him a brand new necklace on our expense.
